Dr. Philip Ma

PhD, Managing Director

Co-Founder of Global Pharma Sourcing. Phil has over 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry in medicinal chemistry and process R&D. He was formerly a Director Process R&D for DuPont Pharmaceuticals USA, managing Discovery, Kilo Lab and Chemical Development groups. He also led efforts to develop a postdoctoral training program in DuPont Pharma with Universities in China and helped develop numerous sourcing options from China. Currently Phil is actively involved in managing projects and conducting Business Development worldwide with US and Asia emphasis for GPhS. Phil received his PhD at MIT in organic chemistry and is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Dr. John Budzinski

PhD, Managing Director

Co-Founder of Global Pharma Sourcing. John has over 30+ years experience in R&D management, manufacturing and sourcing. He was formerly Director of Sourcing for DuPont Pharmaceuticals USA. He led internal efforts involved in the identification of outsourcing partners, project management, global sourcing, management of vendor relationships and development of contracts and agreements. Currently he is actively involved in Strategic Alliances, Accounts Management and Contracts for GPhS. John is trained as a synthetic chemist, earning his PhD at Washington University in St. Louis and his postdoctorate at Arizona State University.

Lynette Oh

MSc, Director BD

Lynette has 18+ years in the pharmaceutical industry in chemical development at DuPont Pharmaceuticals USA and GlaxoSmithKline USA. During her career, she has performed a variety of roles in the development of novel and scalable routes suitable for commercialization. These include from being a bench chemist to leading API technical teams through Phase I and Phase III development. At GPhS, she conducts Business Development worldwide with an emphasis in Europe and US. Lynette received her MS degree in synthetic chemistry from Pennsylvania State University. She is currently based in Basel, Switzerland and speaks English, German, French and Mandarin.
